Salesforce Consultant

I’m currently looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join a client on an initial 3-month contract, working 3 days per week.

This is an Outside IR35 engagement offering £425-£475 per day, with an expectation of 1-2 days per week onsite initially. Once you’re up to speed and established within the team, there will be greater flexibility around office attendance. I’m looking for someone with 3-5+ years of Salesforce experience, particularly across Sales Cloud, who can work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document solutions and support successful delivery. A key requirement is hands-on experience with Salesforce Digital Engagement, specifically integrating and supporting customer communications through the WhatsApp Business API. You’ll be helping to optimise customer engagement processes and improve how customers interact across digital channels. Key Skills & Experience:

• 3-5+ years’ Salesforce consulting experience
• Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise
• Experience with Salesforce Digital Engagement
• Previous experience integrating or supporting WhatsApp Business API solutions
• Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Writing user stories and clear acceptance criteria
• Producing functional, process and solution documentation
• Creating and executing test scripts and supporting UAT
• Developing training materials and end-user guides
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
