FM Systems Mobilisation & Deployment Co-ordinator

As our

FM Systems Mobilisation & Deployment Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key part in supporting the deployment of our FM Services CMMS systems. You’ll help ensure operational teams have the tools, data and processes they need to meet contractual requirements, deliver technical compliance and manage assets effectively.

This role is all about coordination, communication and keeping things moving working closely with colleagues across the FM Platform, DigiHub and wider business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating demand intake and supporting the triage of FM Services CMMS deployments
• Monitoring, tracking and updating the deployment stage-gate process
• Ensuring data, documentation and change management protocols are followed
• Preparing and distributing reporting packs to support SLA and KPI tracking
• Managing communication with the wider business, including the team mailbox
• Supporting deployment-related administrative tasks as required
• Working collaboratively with onsite FM system support teams, the DigiHub and FM Platform colleagues
• Carrying out tasks assigned by the FM Systems Mobilisation & Deployment Manager and Senior Specialist
• Assisting other teams across the FM Platform when needed

• Experience coordinating or project managing the implementation of digital business systems
• Understanding of project management practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven approach
• Confident Excel skills, including data manipulation
• Ability to communicate clearly with people at all levels
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
• Strong influencing skills and sound judgement
• A proactive, self-driven
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Good understanding of how CMMS data and processes support hard services delivery
• Knowledge of hard services facilities management

Desirable:

• Understanding of Asset Management Systems / ISO55001
• Experience in change management
• Knowledge of helpdesk functionality
