Job description

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator, analyst, or customer-focused professional who enjoys investigating issues, analysing data, resolving queries, and ensuring financial accuracy. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and recovering costs incurred through operational inefficiencies and supporting the wider business with reporting and analysis., * Investigate and analyse additional operational costs and identify opportunities for revenue recovery.

  • Gather and collate supporting evidence to enable costs to be accurately recharged to customers.
  • Investigate customer queries relating to account discrepancies, product differences, and service issues.
  • Conduct detailed root cause analysis to determine liability for operational delays and inefficiencies.
  • Produce accurate reports and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Support ad hoc projects and provide analytical insight where required.
  • Work closely with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide support across the analyst team during periods of absence or increased workload.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience within an analytical, administrative, customer service, finance, or operational support role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to investigations.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confident working independently and managing workload priorities.
