  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Systems Engineering oder Informatik, alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Requirements und Systems Engineering
  • Erfahrung in der System- und Softwarearchitektur von IT-Systemen
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Model-based Systems Engineering
  • Gute Kenntnisse des V-Modell XT
  • Erfahrung in der Modellierung mit UML
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit DOORS NG und Enterprise Architect vorteilhaft
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit
  • Reisebereitschaft
