ERP Program Manager

This is a greenfield ERP implementation for a major financial services organisation, currently moving into the pilot deployment phase.

The Programme Manager will be responsible for driving the programme through design, deployment, rollout and go-live, with a particular focus on:

• Finance
• Supply Chain
• ERP programme delivery
• Pilot deployment through to full rollout and go-live
• Working across business and technology stakeholders
• Supporting the delivery of a major transformation programme within financial services

• Experience delivering/Managing 2-3 complete ERP implementation cycles from design through to go-live
• Strong ERP experience with SAP or Oracle
• Proven experience working on greenfield implementations
• Experience across Finance and Supply Chain
• French-speaking, with strong English communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Very strong soft skills - confident, collaborative and able to operate effectively with senior stakeholders
• Experience working within a consulting environment would be highly relevant
