This is not a traditional analyst position focused on executing assigned tasks. The ideal candidate is a senior-level individual contributor who has successfully owned complex initiatives, influenced stakeholders across multiple functions, and delivered enterprise-scale AI solutions from concept through implementation.

You will own AI initiatives from ideation through deployment, helping the organization identify opportunities, define solutions, coordinate stakeholders, manage risks, and deliver business value.

This role combines business analysis, AI solution development, stakeholder management, and light project leadership responsibilities. You will work across Product, Engineering, Information Security, Controls, Billing, Operations, and business teams to move initiatives forward, resolve ambiguity, and eliminate blockers.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience administering, governing, configuring, or building within enterprise AI platforms and can translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable business solutions.

What You’ll Do

Own and Drive Enterprise AI Initiatives

• Lead AI-related projects from discovery through implementation
• Translate ambiguous business ideas into actionable project plans
• Conduct research, gather requirements, and define solution approaches
• Drive decision-making across complex stakeholder groups
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers before they impact delivery
• Create measurable outcomes tied to business objectives

Build and Scale AI Solutions

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions
• Build Copilot agents, AI workflows, and reusable AI capabilities
• Support implementation and adoption of enterprise AI platforms
• Evaluate new AI tools and emerging technologies
• Contribute to AI governance and responsible AI practices
• Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and operational requirements

Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, business leaders, InfoSec, Controls, and Operations teams
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder reviews, and solution discussions
• Resolve project roadblocks and drive alignment across teams
• Influence without direct authority
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

Provide Project Leadership Support

• Coordinate work across multiple concurrent AI initiatives
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Help create structure and accountability within the analyst team
• Facilitate follow-up actions and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure initiatives continue moving forward despite changing priorities

Mentor and Support Team Members

• Serve as a senior resource for other analysts
• Provide guidance on problem solving and project execution
• Share best practices, frameworks, and lessons learned
• Help establish scalable standards and operating models

1. Enterprise AI Platform Experience

Strong candidates have hands-on experience administering, configuring, governing, or building within enterprise AI tools such as:

• Microsoft Copilot
• Copilot Studio
• ChatGPT Enterprise
• Claude Enterprise
• Enterprise AI agents and workflows
• AI governance platforms

Experience creating AI capabilities used across departments or organizations is highly valued.

1. Product, Business Analysis, and Program Execution

Candidates should be comfortable:

• Working directly with Product Owners and Engineering teams
• Defining project scope and requirements
• Conducting business and technical research
• Coordinating cross-functional initiatives
• Supporting delivery, stakeholder management, and execution efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in AI, machine learning, analytics, business analysis, data, product, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Experience working with enterprise AI platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience navigating ambiguity and driving projects forward
• Ability to influence without direct authority, * Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience in financial services, mortgage, healthcare, or another regulated industry
• AI consulting or business process consulting experience
• Previous Product Analyst or Business Analyst background
• Experience supporting project or program management activities
• Experience managing enterprise AI deployments
• Experience with governance, access management, licensing, usage monitoring, or cost controls
• Former leadership experience in a smaller environment transitioning into a senior individual contributor role

Pay Details: $60.00 to $90.00 per hour
