  • Be an early applicant, * Ableitung von Ursache-Wirkungs-Beziehungen zwischen Werttreibern und finanziellen Zielgrößen wie EBIT und EBITDA
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Regressionsmodellen
  • Aufbau und Ausgestaltung von Monte-Carlo-Simulationen
  • Validierung und Plausibilisierung der Modelle sowie Durchführung von Sensitivitätsanalysen

Requirements

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Statistik und quantitativer Modellierung, insbesondere Regressions- und Prognosemodelle
  • Praxiserfahrung mit OLS-Regressionen, Korrelations- und Lag-Analysen sowie Monte-Carlo-Simulationen
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse für Modellaufbau und Prototyping; Python-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Financial Planning, Controlling bzw. in der Unternehmenssteuerung und der Modellierung finanzieller Kennzahlen und Werttreiber
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe quantitative Zusammenhänge in pragmatische Modelle zu überführen, Ergebnisse zu plausibilisieren und statistische Methoden verständlich an Fachanwender zu vermitteln
