Salesforce/MuleSoft Developer

Our client seeks a mid-level Salesforce/MuleSoft Developer to support enterprise digital transformation and integration initiatives. The role will develop and configure Salesforce solutions, design APIs and integrations using MuleSoft, and support cloud-based CRM ecosystems that enable customer engagement, workflow automation, and data exchange across enterprise platforms., * Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.

• Develop, deploy, and support MuleSoft APIs and integration solutions using Anypoint Platform.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems including ERP, HR, financial, and data platforms.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop reusable APIs, integration patterns, and shared services.
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Public Sector Solutions.
• Implement API-led connectivity and event-driven architectures.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Support releases, deployments, and DevOps activities.
• Develop technical documentation, solution designs, and operational procedures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and sprint planning activities.

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years of MuleSoft development or integration experience.
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
• Experience developing REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture and API best practices.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred: Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
• Preferred: Integrations with ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or other enterprise platforms.
• Preferred: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Preferred: DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and source control repositories.
• Preferred: Active Salesforce and MuleSoft certifications.
• Preferred: Experience supporting Federal Government programs.
• Preferred: Active Public Trust, Secret, or higher security clearance.
• Desired: Experience building enterprise integration platforms and API ecosystems.
• Desired: Experience modernizing legacy applications and interfaces.
• Desired: Ability to work independently with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Desired: Experience supporting CRM modernization, citizen services, or workforce transformation initiatives.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
