Job description
This role will shape the end-to-end digital experience across web and mobile products, with a strong emphasis on accessible, intuitive, and scalable design. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Product Management, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex needs into clear user experiences. You will also help establish design standards and support usability work in a regulated environment where precision and documentation matter., * Own the end-to-end visual design and user experience for web and mobile
- Design accessible data visualizations and incorporate clinical insights into the user experience
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design language and system for scalability
- Conduct user research and usability testing in collaboration with Product Management
- Collaborate with engineering to produce high-fidelity design documents
- Document UI/UX designs for clear handoff to engineering with version control
- Lead design reviews to scale design operations in a regulated environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of UI/UX or product design experience, especially in healthcare with HIPAA compliance
- Strong understanding of native mobile design standards such as Apple HIG and Google Material
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience creating accessible UI
- Familiarity with medical device usability engineering standards (IEC 62366, FDA)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in Figma and AI-assisted design tools, * Full-time employment with flexible remote or hybrid arrangements
