Job description

Refactor business logic and database I/O Java code from servlets implementing complete MVC to a service-oriented architecture.
Develop Java code for service-oriented applications using JSON, REST, Spring, and CXF.
Create reusable business services and components following SOA and MVC design principles.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, service integration, database, and performance issues.
Use Maven and mock class implementations to support unit testing and instrument tested code paths.
Perform automated security analysis of Java code.

Requirements

Proven experience with Java development in enterprise environments.
Experience with REST, Spring, CXF, and JSON.
Familiarity with Maven, unit testing, and mock class implementations.
Knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and MVC design principles.
Experience with Oracle Database.
Automated Java security analysis experience.
Work authorization for W-2 employment.
This is a remote role limited to EST and CST time zones.
