Python Full Stack Developer :: Foxboro, Massachusetts (Onsite)

• Experience with web-based APIs
• Front End: Vue.JS, but ideally but would take strong vanilla JavaScript.
• Strong JavaScript is key skill set. HTML, CSS, vue.js plus on the front
• Back-end: Python this person must be solid in Python.
• Must have AI experience: Ideally Claude & Cursor
• Preference towards someone more backend heavy focused
• PostgreSQL Database
• AWS Cloud
• Really wants a Senior Dev with 5+ years experience with good front end as their software users are government and not overly sophisticated
• Selling points: Wants someone that would like to be in a creative high growth environment. They are a small growing tech business.
• Someone from a Fintech company would be great, but no required. Ideally wants someone that has made “Simple Software” that a simple user can understand

Requirements

• You use an agentic coding tool (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent) every day, and you can say specifically what you delegate to it and what you refuse to hand it.
• You have coordinated more than one agent at a time, and you know the failure modes (goal drift, file collision, runaway loops that burn budget while reporting success) and how to guard against them.
• You are a strong reviewer. You catch the architectural problem, not just the typo, and you push back on output that is confident and wrong.
• You have a spec-first instinct and you write down what “done” means.
• You are product-minded and comfortable getting in front of clients.
• You think in systems, in loops, and at scale: the data model, multi-tenancy, observability, and cost across many counties, not one-off fixes for one client.
• 3 to 7 years shipping real software, including time at a small company where you owned things end to end.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with our stack, which helps you direct and review the agents well: Vue 3, TypeScript, Pinia, PrimeVue, Tailwind; Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL with PostGIS, Celery, Redis.
• Experience writing agent files, Claude or Cursor skills, hooks, or approval policies for a whole team rather than just yourself.
• Playwright, MCP, and feature-flag systems.
• Component library or design-system experience.
• Auth0, Sentry, Datadog, and AWS.
• Experience in govtech, proptech, fintech, or another regulated domain, and building for government or workflow-heavy users.
