C# Algo Developer

We are seeking an experienced Algorithmic Trading Developer to design, build, and support sophisticated electronic trading solutions for equities and futures markets. This individual will work closely with trading, technology, and infrastructure teams to develop high-performance trading systems that operate reliably in fast-moving market environments., * Design, develop, support, and enhance low-latency trading systems and related tools.

• Take ownership of algorithmic trading platforms throughout the full software development lifecycle, from design through production deployment and support.
• Partner directly with traders and business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement trading strategies.
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end system performance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, support, and connectivity teams to improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Enhance and adapt existing trading tools and platforms to meet evolving business needs.
• Stay current on developments in algorithmic trading, market structure, and electronic execution.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams across multiple business and technology functions.
• Improve research and quantitative development infrastructure.
• Evaluate and implement new indicators, analytics, and trading strategies while recommending technical solutions to support business objectives.

The ideal candidate has experience building real-time, low-latency applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability. Success in this role requires the ability to rapidly convert trading ideas and business requirements into robust production-ready solutions., * Strong software development experience using C#.

• Experience building real-time, low-latency, high-availability applications.
• Expertise in parallel programming, multithreading, and asynchronous processing.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
• Understanding of distributed systems, computer architecture, and network architecture.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and continuous delivery practices.
• Experience with memory and CPU profiling, performance optimization, and multithreaded debugging.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Python development experience.
• Experience with performance testing, benchmarking, and application profiling.
• Knowledge of algorithmic trading systems and execution strategies.
• Familiarity with exchange connectivity and electronic trading infrastructure., * Minimum of 3 years of experience developing front-office or electronic trading applications.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Order Management Systems (OMS)
• Trade Execution Systems
• Real-Time Market Data Platforms
• Real-Time Pricing Systems
• Algorithmic Trading
• Systematic Trading
• Market Making
• Auto-Hedging Solutions
• Exchange Connectivity
• Exposure to financial markets and electronic trading environments.
• Experience within equities, futures, fixed income, or other asset classes is beneficial., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• Master’s degree or equivalent industry experience is a plus.
