SAP Functional Analyst

We are seeking a SAP Functional Analyst to partner directly with business and finance leadership to enhance and expand existing SAP functionality as the organization evolves from a services-based business model into supporting physical product sales and related operational processes.

This position will focus on requirements gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder management, documentation, testing, and solution planning. The individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and SAP configuration resources, helping translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.

This is not an SAP configuration or development role. Rather, it is a highly functional role focused on understanding business requirements, prioritizing needs, documenting solutions, supporting testing efforts, and coordinating with SAP configuration teams to ensure successful delivery

• Experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or SAP Functional Analyst
• SAP HANA or SAP ByDesign exposure
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), & Financial business processes
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications
• Experience supporting testing and user acceptance activities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across business, finance, and technical teams - SAP power-user background
• Cross-functional ERP experience
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
• Strong business process mindset
• Ability to balance business needs with practical implementation approaches
• Experience supporting phased ERP enhancement initiatives
• Ability to prioritize functionality and avoid overengineering solutions
