Workstation Support Analyst (Onsite)

• Build, back up data, install software, and deploy new workstations to users in our environment.

• 2 years of technical operations support experience
• Experience with Teams, Excel, Office, and Windows, * Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; OR
• 2 years of job-related work experience
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred, The ideal candidate for this role is a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a low-level security clearance. They should have at least two years of technical operations support experience and be proficient with Teams, Excel, Office, and Windows. The candidate should possess an associate degree in Computer Science or a related field, or have equivalent work experience. A CompTIA A+ or Network certification is preferred.
