Enterprise Solutions Architect

Lead architecture discovery sessions to gather business, technical, security, and operational requirements.

• Design end-to-end enterprise solutions spanning applications, integrations, APIs, data flows, cloud infrastructure, and security.

• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and technical documentation.

• Evaluate existing systems and platforms to determine integration strategies, system dependencies, and architectural fit.

• Define API, microservice, and event-driven architecture patterns that enable scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams to drive architecture decisions and implementation plans.

• Identify architectural risks and provide recommendations around performance, security, scalability, resiliency, and compliance.

• Serve as a technical advisor throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.

Pay rate range: $75-80/hour

7+ years of Enterprise / Solutions Architecture experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions across cloud, application, data, integration, and security domains

• AWS expertise and hands-on experience designing cloud-native architectures

o AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional / above)

• Strong end-to-end (E2E) solution architecture experience, including requirements gathering, technical discovery, system design, and implementation planning

• Experience designing integration architectures, APIs, and microservices, with the ability to evaluate system interactions, dependencies, and data flows across enterprise platforms

• Experience building and documenting solutions using tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, or Visio with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs

• Strong understanding of security, authentication, authorization, data governance, and risk assessment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions across business, product, engineering, infrastructure, and security teams - Experience supporting enterprise modernization, digital transformation, or greenfield application initiatives

• Experience in designing event-driven architectures (using technologies such as Kafka, SNS/SQS, EventBridge, or similar messaging platforms)

• Expertise in coarse-grained and fine-grained service design and domain-driven architecture patterns

• Salesforce architecture experience; Salesforce Clouds, Apex, VisualForce, CRM Solutions, and integration with external systems
