Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant

Serve as the primary Oracle Fusion subject matter expert during EBS to Fusion migration

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners for successful project delivery
• Provide both functional and technical expertise across Oracle Fusion applications
• Lead and support requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, integrations, and deployment activities
• Review and validate business processes, recommending Oracle Fusion best practices
• Assist with data migration, system integrations, reporting, and user acceptance testing
• Identify project risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Support change management, training, and go-live readiness efforts
• Provide ongoing guidance and support up to the planned April 2028 go-live
• Specialize in Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including GL, AP, FAH, Projects, and Fixed Assets
• Work independently in a highly visible consultant role
• Communicate effectively and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Preferred: Experience with large-scale Oracle Fusion rollouts, major implementation partners, and full project lifecycle support

8+ years of Oracle ERP experience, with significant Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation exposure

• Strong experience in Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion migrations
• Proven techno-functional consulting background
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, FAH, Projects, Fixed Assets)
• Experience in system configuration, integrations, data migration/conversion, testing, and deployment
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional discussions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred:

• Experience with enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion deployments involving multiple modules
• Prior full lifecycle implementation experience
• Hybrid onsite availability preferred if local to Boca Raton, FL
