Enterprise Software Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator I supports the administration, enhancement, and ongoing success of the university’s Salesforce platform. Working alongside a team of Salesforce-certified professionals, this role helps configure solutions, support users, improve business processes, and maintain a secure and reliable CRM environment., Enterprise Software Administrator I

• Support the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user accounts, permissions, security settings, and data management.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, list views, and other tools that support university operations and decision-making.
• Assist with Salesforce configuration, including fields, objects, page layouts, validation rules, and automation.
• Support the development and maintenance of Salesforce Flows and other declarative solutions.
• Provide user support, training, and guidance to departments and end users.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and data quality initiatives involving Salesforce and related university systems.
• Help document business processes, data definitions, system configurations, and technical solutions.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and successful system enhancements.
• Help gather and document business requirements and help translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, and knowledge-base resources.
• Collaborate with university stakeholders and IT teams to support CRM, reporting, and data-related projects.
• Pursue ongoing Salesforce training, certification, and professional development.
• Support the development, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions and related initiatives.

• Familiarity with Salesforce security, reports, dashboards, data management, and Flow automation.

• Experience with CRM, ERP, student information systems, or other enterprise applications.
• Experience with Excel, Tableau, Data Loader, SQL, SOQL, or similar reporting and data analysis tools.
• Experience working with higher education institutions or supporting higher education business processes.
