In this role, you will be responsible for testing, calibrating, configuring, and validating sensitive analytical instruments before they are delivered to customers. Working closely with Manufacturing and Engineering teams, you will help identify non-conforming products, investigate root causes, and ensure all systems meet stringent performance and quality specifications.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, troubleshooting, and scientific testing in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment., * Perform testing, calibration, configuration, and final performance verification of analytical instruments and accessories.

• Conduct laboratory-based wet chemistry and biochemical testing following established procedures and quality standards.
• Analyze, document, and maintain accurate test results and production records.
• Troubleshoot instrument and system issues to ensure products meet performance specifications.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to identify product failures and determine root causes.
• Apply knowledge of mechanics, electronics, biochemistry, physics, or thermodynamics to support testing and problem resolution activities.
• Support new product introduction activities, including validation and integration testing.
• Identify, report, and escalate quality or compliance concerns while supporting corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process and product quality gaps and recommending solutions.
• Support regulatory and quality requirements to ensure successful completion of design outputs and program deliverables.
• Maintain compliance with the Quality Management System, Quality Policy, applicable regulations, and training requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; OR
• Associate’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures while exercising sound technical judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to build productive working relationships in a cross-functional environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience using spreadsheets, word processing applications, and databases.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mechanical and electronic product testing.
• Experience performing fault diagnosis and root cause analysis.
• Statistical Process Control (SPC) knowledge.
• Lean Manufacturing and/or 6S experience.
• Experience working with analytical instrumentation, laboratory testing, or manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to regulated industries or quality-controlled production environments.
