Requirements

We’re seeking a Senior Data Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Databricks, Azure data services, Python/PySpark, and SQL. This role is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable enterprise data solutions - including data ingestion, transformation, integration, and lakehouse pipelines. We need a strong hands-on engineer who can work independently, collaborate with architects and business teams, and deliver in a fast-paced environment., * 10+ years senior-level experience in data engineering and enterprise data platforms

8+ years strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark/PySpark, Python, and SQL
Strong knowledge of Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Databricks Workflows
8+ years experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Data Factory, and related Azure data services
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling, data integration, and data quality concepts
10+ years experience working with high-volume enterprise datasets and performance tuning/optimization
Knowledge of data security, governance, RBAC, encryption, and data lineage
10+ years experience with Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub, and CI/CD practices for data engineering
AWS data engineering experience (S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift) is a plus
Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills; able to operate independently with minimal guidance, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent real-world experience
