Data Engineer

RF data analysis: Extract useful information from RF data, develop and validate models, and apply statistical approaches to complex questions. Data engineering: Automate and improve the extraction, cleaning, transformation, and analysis of large datasets, including multi-terabyte databases. Statistical analysis: Use tools such as R, SAS, SPSS, or S-PLUS to analyze data. Write clear reports explaining your methods, results, and their impact. Systems and acquisition support: Help develop technical collection concepts of operations (CONOPS), requirements, acquisition documents, and test plans. Support design reviews, contractor oversight, and evaluation of system performance.

A bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline; a master’s degree is preferred. 0-5 years of relevant experience, including recent data science or data engineering work. Programming skills sufficient to extract, transform, and clean large datasets. Experience processing or exploiting technical intelligence and producing findings for others to use. Ability to work independently and explain technical work in writing.
