Job description

This role will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing their construction management and service ERP system. You’ll help plan, develop, test, and implement system improvements and upgrades; troubleshoot issues through second-level support; and look for ways to improve the overall user experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to write queries, create SSRS reports, manage automations using RPAs and other technology, perform script writing, and develop documentation that supports business needs and enables users to work more efficiently., * Provide support and troubleshooting for ERP system (Penta Technologies), including resolving user issues and support tickets.

Build and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to support business operations and reporting.
Develop and support data integrations, migrations, and data movement between the ERP and third-party applications.
Create and maintain SSRS reports while supporting reporting requests across the business.
Partner with business users to identify requirements, design solutions, and implement application enhancements.
Support automation initiatives by improving workflows and helping convert manual processes into automated solutions.

Requirements

Must Haves:

2+ years of ERP/Application Support experience supporting enterprise business systems and end users.
Strong SQL skills, including writing queries, stored procedures, and database views.
Experience with data integrations, data movement between systems, and SSRS reporting.
Hands-on technical troubleshooting experience with the ability to investigate issues and implement technical solutions.
Strong problem-solver who enjoys digging into systems, learning new technologies, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both office and field users. Nice to Haves:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
Experience in the construction industry
Exposure to Oracle/PL-SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, PowerShell, or Power BI.
Experience with system integrations, EDI, automation tools (UiPath/RPA), or reporting development.
Development or programming background.
