Lead Full Stack Developer

This role works closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, technical leads, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while supporting enterprise modernization initiatives., * Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise full-stack applications.

• Participate in business discovery sessions and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads on solution architecture, code reviews, and development standards.
• Deliver production-ready software through the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Provide production support, incident triage, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Build modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using React or similar JavaScript frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience as a Lead Full Stack Developer.
• Extensive experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Strong experience with React or comparable JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience developing cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure.
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and Azure SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake and relational database development.
• Experience with Entity Framework and ORM technologies.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience developing responsive and accessible web applications.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
