  • Build localised data tokenisation and anonymisation approaches into modelling workflows to ensure compliance with cross-border data regulations when working with data from regulated markets
  • Use modern AI coding assistants to rapidly prototype, test and iterate on models, and to build interactive dashboards and visualisations for non-technical marketing teams to monitor campaign performance
  • Develop and refine a natural-language AI briefing intake system, including automated classification of incomplete or non-compliant briefs and AI-generated brief enhancements drawn from historical campaign data and past model outputs
  • Collaborate with Paid Media on predictive scoring to prioritise bulk ad deployment for strong-performing campaigns, and with Creative teams on data-informed, Gen-AI-assisted script generation for proven creative assets

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 9-12 years of professional experience in data science, statistical modelling, or predictive analytics within high-volume tech or digital media
  • Deep hands-on experience building and validating production ML models within Databricks environments, with advanced proficiency in Python, SQL and experimentation/statistical methods
  • Fluent in using modern AI coding assistants and LLMs to accelerate model iteration, testing, and analytical workflows
  • Strong understanding of data privacy frameworks and cross-border data security protocols, particularly when working with data from complex regulatory environments
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
