Industrial Security Analyst - Level 3/4

• Support a fast-paced, high-profile program; creating, maintaining, and leveraging working relationships with internal and external customers
• Author clear, comprehensive Concept-of-Operations (CONOPS) documents for a variety of security initiatives
• Manage program security compliance and operations across multiple functions, including DoD facility administration, PHYSEC, COMSEC, PERSEC, OPSEC, Contract Security, SETA, Investigations, Visitor Control, and Document Control Management
• Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders with security updates
• Study and implement company and federal security policies, regulations, and procedures that apply to company operations
• Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies
• Develop and implement security education programs. Conduct internal security audits. Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken
• Ensure adherence to contractual guidance for classified programs and cleared facilities in accordance with the DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications guidance
• Assist program managers and professional staff in interpreting, applying, and complying with program Security Classification Guides (SCG)
• Develop and implement OPSEC/ Program protection plans
• Provide personnel security (PERSEC) support to include but not limited to reviewing and processing required documentation in support of SCI and SAP nomination processes; maintain PERSEC databases; prepare and administer program indoctrination and debriefings; access, review, and submit clearance and access information using the appropriate government database and other information systems
• Provide facility security administration, documentation, and support: implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); conduct SCI and SAP security program self-inspections
• Analyze, investigate, and resolve classified security issues; provide leadership, guidance, and actionable direction to employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Maintain liaison with government agencies, external customers, contractors, employees, and managers to support mission execution and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional security experience, Master’s degree with 3 years of professional security experience, PhD with 1 year of professional security experience OR an additional four years of professional security experience in lieu of a degree
• Must have an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance with in-scope investigation (T5, T5R, SSBI, SBPR, PR) completed within the last 5 years or current enrollment in Continuous Evaluation (CE) program
• Must have knowledge and familiarity with the CFR 32 part 117 (NISPOM); Intelligence Community Directives (ICD); DoD Manuals, and other related security requirements
• Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with Desktop Computer and Microsoft Office products, * Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional security experience, Master’s degree with 6 years of professional security experience, PhD with 4 years of professional experience OR an additional four years of professional experience in lieu of a degree
• Must have an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance with in-scope investigation (T5, T5R, SSBI, SBPR, PR) completed within the last 5 years or current enrollment in Continuous Evaluation (CE) program
• Must have knowledge and familiarity with the CFR 32 part 117 (NISPOM); Intelligence Community Directives (ICD); DoD Manuals, and other related security requirements
• Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) experience working within a SCIF or SAPF
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with Desktop Computer and Microsoft Office products, * Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Prior experience leading proposal efforts: writing Basis of Estimates, Labor forecasting, SOW review
• Prior experience with ITAR/Export compliance
• Experience developing or executing construction/renovation security measures for classified areas (e.g., access controls, visitor/escort procedures, secure storage, and material control during build/upgrade efforts).
• Demonstrate a positive working relationship with internal and external customers
• Working knowledge of Corporate and Government systems: NISS & SIMS
• Ability to work independently and lead multi-stakeholder projects to completion
• Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Primary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $101,400.00 - $152,200.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. The selected candidate will be a member to our diverse security team and regularly collaborate with colleagues across the site. They will ensure security compliance with government and company regulations and strive for excellence in executing security milestones. They will also have the responsibility of administering comprehensive security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
