Senior Full Stack Engineer

Hands-on full-stack senior engineers who turn prioritized business use cases into workingsoftware - front end and back end - from requirements discovery and design through QA, deployment, and production support, all within WelbeHealth’s architecture standards and Agile DevOps lifecycle. A core part of the mandate is re-engineering custom legacy applications on the Microsoft stack and weaving AI capabilities into what we build.

What they’lldo

• Work acrossthe full stack - React front ends and C#/.NETback-end services - to develop,deploy, and maintain solution components
• Re-write and re-engineer customlegacy applications on the Microsoft tech stack
• Bring AI into the product - integrate LLM-powered features and use AI-assisted engineering to raise velocity and quality
• Apply strongDevSecOps principles, buildingsecurity and data integrity alignedto HIPAA and PCI into the pipeline
• Own qualityend to end: automated unit, system, and regression testing(NUnit), peer code anddesign reviews, and independent verification of peers’ components
• Support production through monitoring, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and DevOps-managed deployments

• 10+ yearsof object-oriented development with C#, .NET Core, and Razor Pages
• Full-stack capability - React.js front ends paired with .NET back-end services
• Azure depth: API Apps, Logic Apps, Functions, REST services, and Azure Cosmos DB (NoSQL)
• Automated unit, system,and regression testingwith NUnit
• Strong engineering DevSecOps principles
• Experience designing REST APIs and solutions that span multipledata sources
• Bachelor’s in computer scienceor mathematics, or equivalent experience (Microsoft solutions certifications preferred)

Nice to have: Azure Data Factory and structured releasemanagement experience
