Position Details: SAP S/4HANA Director - Energy and Resources in , United States

Minimum 15 years experience leading the end-to-end SAP ERP customer engagement from opportunity identification, to stakeholder management, planning and assessment engagements, proposal, design through deployment. Minimum of 8 end to end SAP ERP engagements. Minimum of 4 SAP S/4 engagements. Development and success creating SAP S/4 go-to-market offers, tools and accelerators. Business case development and selling to stakeholders. Proven ability to connect with, partner with SAP. Very deep industry-sector experience, analytical capability, and SAP solution advisory in one primary industry, 2-3 secondary industries. Well-rounded, current advisory capability on SAP S/4 (all domains), RISE, and BTP. Ability to deal with ambiguity, problem solve, take ownership. Strong influential personality with effective negotiating skills. Ability to shape, adapt and improve processes. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams. Financial acumen and budget management experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
