Zorg je graag voor een soepele werking van onze TOPdesk-omgeving? OGD zoekt een Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder TOPdesk: Developer in Delft. Dit is jouw kans om in een flexibel parttime dienstverband invulling te geven aan je expertise in applicatiebeheer. Wat ga je doen?

  • Ondersteun en optimaliseer onze TOPdesk-implementatie vanuit functioneel oogpunt
  • Werk samen met gebruikers om hun vraagstukken op te lossen en processen te verbeteren
  • Beheer configuraties, sjablonen en workflows in TOPdesk
  • Draag bij aan documentatie en kennisoverdracht binnen het team
  • Onderhoudt de kwaliteit en integriteit van onze systemen

Requirements

Aantoonbare ervaring met TOPdesk, bij voorkeur in een functionele rol

  • Technisch inzicht en vermogen om complexe processen uit te denken
  • Sterke communicatievaardigheden om tussen techniek en business in te vertalen
  • Zelfstandigheid en proactieve houding
  • Een analytische mindset en oog voor details

  • Salaris tussen €3.200 en €5.450 per jaar, afhankelijk van ervaring
