Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to stand up and support program management for our flagship engagements. This role requires technical credibility, direct customer ownership, and the ability to build structure from scratch in a fast-moving environment.

You will operate across OEM programs and internal delivery teams - translating ambiguous requirements into tracked, executable work, representing Applied Intuition directly with customers and partners, and keeping the EMEA program tightly synchronized with our Sunnyvale headquarters.

At Applied Intuition, you will:

• Stand up and run program management - define milestones, own timelines and deliverables, manage sprint and roadmap execution for software development teams through series production
• Serve as a point of contact for our customers; translate requirements into tracked engineering work and provide structured, regular updates
• Act as the synchronization point between the team, OEM programs, and Sunnyvale - run the recurring cadence with HQ engineering, product, and leadership teams, align technical roadmaps across time zones, and make sure decisions and context travel in both directions
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Vehicle Intelligence EMEA Operations team - keep tracking and reporting current, run the internal cadence, and unblock cross-team dependencies so the team can focus on delivery
• Drive issues to closure - own problem-solving and decision-making across teams and sites

• 2+ years in technical program management or engineering within automotive or embedded industry, ideally with hands-on experience at an OEM
• Strong customer-facing presence; comfortable representing Applied Intuition independently with senior stakeholders
• Technical depth in embedded systems, middleware, or ADAS - enough to assess feasibility and engage engineers credibly
• Ability to operate independently across sites and time zones, including a reliable working overlap with our Sunnyvale teams
• Stockholm- or Munich-based; or open to relocation

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with automotive development standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, AUTOSAR).
