This is a visible and integral role across the organization - directly supporting business leaders across Research, Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure. You will support decisions around nascent AI bets and resource allocation, expense and headcount management, and prioritization across a full range of planning, strategic decision making, and forecasting.This role requires strategic thinking, building connections and influencing stakeholders through effective communication, an analytical mindset, and a bias towards action. You will be challenged to understand and contribute to rapidly changing business models, drive collaboration across teams, develop recommendations on strategic investment decisions, craft annual and long-range plans, and partner with product and business leaders to solve problems and achieve goals. Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the Meta Superintelligence Labs organization

1. Create partnerships and own relationships with the Leadership Team and their cross-functional partners
2. Drive nuanced return on investment and impact frameworks across investment areas
3. Own day-to-day operational tasks related to budget management
4. Help define and implement scalable financial processes

1. 9+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy or analytics
2. Experience across headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
3. Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting
4. Experience communicating, influencing, and relationship building with business leaders
5. Experience independently managing workstreams, maintaining accuracy in financial deliverables, and tracking detailed budgets and forecasts, and experience prioritizing competing workstreams based on impact, deadlines, and stakeholder needs, 11. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
6. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
7. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
8. Experience working at a leading technology, internet or high growth company
9. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
10. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
11. Experience in data analytics, developing code, and/or forecasting (SQL, Python, R)
12. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
13. Interest in data and technology and self-directing in highly ambiguous and strategic projects
