Data Protection Administrator (temp)

We’re working with an established arts organisation seeking temporary support within its Records team. This role will support the admin and processing of a Subject Access Request (SAR), helping ensure information is accurately reviewed, organised and prepared within strict deadlines., * Ability to review records and identify personal data.

• Carrying out redactions and preparing disclosure documents.
• Liaising with internal teams to gather and collate information.
• Maintaining accurate trackers, records and case notes.
• Handling confidential information in line with Data Protection requirements.
• Supporting the administration of a Subject Access Request from review through to disclosure.
• Escalating any complex queries where required.

• Previous experience supporting or handling Subject Access Requests (SARs) is highly desirable.
• Candidates with Freedom Of Information (FOI), Information Governance, Records Management, Compliance or Data Administration experience will also be considered.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable reviewing large volumes of information and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Confident handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Working knowledge of Data Protection principles is advantageous.
