• You have advanced knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript and Node.js and apply this to build composable applications.
• You are experienced designing and developing AWS serverless solutions, meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
• You have demonstrable experience building solutions using modern design patterns and architectures (e.g. serverless, event-driven).
• You have hands on experience of CI/CD processes and tooling (ideally on Github) and how these should be implemented to ensure quality and security.
• You are experienced leading and coaching engineers within agile projects to accelerate incremental delivery.
• You are AWS Associate, Professional or Specialty certified.
• You have experience developing and delivering solutions running in container environments (e.g. Kubernetes)
• You have experience using AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to optimise development workflows and enable AI-orchestrated automated software delivery.

• You are experienced leading and coaching engineers within agile projects to accelerate incremental delivery.
• You are AWS Associate, Professional or Specialty certified.
