Configuration Engineer

Murray McIntosh are currently seeking a Configuration Engineer to work for a client of ours on a contract basis as detailed below: Essential Proven background within Configuration Management. Good understanding of PLM & ERP systems Either PLM background with good Engineering BOM & CAD understanding Or CAD background with good PLM understanding and experience Good knowledge of Engineering BoM structures to CM2 standards Desirable CM2 accreditation Experience of working within the defence sector Experience using Aras PLM or comparable PLM systems. Clear and direct communication skills Methodical approach to tasks with an eye for detail. Able to take control of workload & complete tasks with the minimum of supervision.
