Support Engineer

We are looking for Support Engineers to join our growing team, working with our cutting-edge technology to support roll-out and deployment to our customers. Support Engineers are responsible for supporting our customer deployments through building out and managing infrastructure, monitoring performance, responding to issues and supporting our clients to use our products., * Location: Based in North Uttlesford / Greater Cambridge area, this role is full-time on-site at the company offices

• Five days a week
• Full UK driving licence required. If this isn’t held, candidates will need to commit to obtaining within 6 months of their start date
• Applicants must be fully eligible to work in the UK without restriction, time limit, or the need for current or future sponsorship.

As part of a small team, you will have a high degree of autonomy and be able to work independently towards common team objectives. You will quickly be given responsibility and are also likely to be involved in multiple projects concurrently., * Have a good academic background (2:1 or above) in a STEM subject, such as maths, physics, engineering, or computer science,

• Have excellent communication skills and be comfortable talking to external stakeholders,
• Be capable of working independently,
• Be able to learn new technologies and skills quickly to support our wide range of projects.

In addition, ideal candidates would also:

• Have experience working with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services
• Have experience working with monitoring platforms such as Prometheus
• Have familiarity with computer networking,
• Have experience using Linux
• Have strong organisational skills.

We will provide all necessary training in our technologies and products and as such, this role is ideally suited to new and recent graduates.
