Business Intelligence & Reporting Lead

The Business Intelligence & Reporting Lead is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and driving the development of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions that support critical business decisions. This role owns the prioritization of data solutions through design, database structure definition, and delivery of reports with PowerBI as the front end. Serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, the role ensures reporting solutions are built on well-designed, sustainable data foundations, including semantic models and underlying database structures. The position emphasizes governance, data quality, and standardization while enabling automation and self-service analytics across the organization., * Define, prioritize, and manage the reporting and analytics development based on business needs and strategic impact

• Translate business questions into clear analytical and data requirements
• Design and deliver dashboards and reports for leadership decision-making, partnering with R&A (Reporting and Analytics) team for development
• Define and influence supporting database structures, semantic models, and reporting layers
• Ensure analytics solutions meet standards for accuracy, performance, scalability, and usability
• Establish and monitor data quality controls and reporting governance; actively track, drive, and communicate progress to management team and to key RPB stakeholders
• Partner with RPB Global and Regional business teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to eliminate manual reporting tasks, * Business leaders consistently rely on reporting and dashboards for decision-making
• Reporting solutions are scalable, automated, and built on trusted data foundations
• Manual reporting effort is significantly reduced
• Data quality issues are proactively identified and resolved
