Solution Architect MDM

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product MDM SME with Informatica P360 experience based in Spain. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead enterprise-scale Product Master Data Management initiatives within a complex data and technology environment. As a subject matter expert, you will drive the design, governance, and optimization of product data frameworks that support business operations, digital commerce, and data-driven decision-making. Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and governance teams, you will help define scalable solutions and best practices across the product data lifecycle. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise, making it ideal for professionals passionate about data quality, governance, and enterprise architecture. You will play a key role in shaping product information management capabilities while mentoring teams and guiding successful implementations in a collaborative remote environment. Accountabilities: Lead the design and implementation of Product Master Data Management solutions with a focus on Informatica P360 and related enterprise data platforms. Facilitate technical design workshops, requirements gathering sessions, architecture reviews, and solution discussions with cross-functional stakeholders. Define and maintain product master data models, including catalog structures, hierarchies, taxonomies, attribute groups, and reference data frameworks. Design and optimize workflows, approval processes, business rules, and governance standards to ensure high-quality product data management. Collaborate with business teams, product owners, data governance functions, and technical teams to align solutions with organizational objectives. Produce high-level and low-level design documentation, deployment plans, operational procedures, and implementation runbooks. Mentor junior team members, provide technical guidance, and support successful project delivery across multiple initiatives. Contribute to integration and data management strategies involving platforms such as IICS, MuleSoft, ERP systems, and related enterprise applications.

15+ years of experience in Master Data Management with strong expertise in Product MDM environments. Proven hands-on experience implementing and managing Informatica P360 solutions in enterprise settings. Deep understanding of product data models, catalog management, taxonomies, hierarchies, reference data, and governance frameworks. Strong experience leading technical design workshops, architecture discussions, and requirements analysis activities. Knowledge of workflow design, business rules management, approval processes, and data quality best practices. Familiarity with enterprise integration technologies such as Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), MuleSoft, ERP platforms, and related ecosystems is highly desirable. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring technical teams and driving complex data transformation initiatives.
