Homologation engineer - CAV

• Perform activities within the scope of projects of Homologation of ADAS systems, Automated Vehicle and related vehicle regulations

• Manage projects of Cybersecurity and Software update certification Main responsibilities:

• Analysis of manufacturer’s documentation
• Prototype assessment, preparation, instrumentation and test, both at IDIADA HQ and in other locations worldwide
• Analysis of test results
• Homologation reports
• Manage the whole approval process including multidisciplinary teams
• Meetings with manufacturers and approval authorities
• Participation in R+D projects

• Degree in Industrial/mechanical/telecommunications/electronics/IT/aeronautical engineering. (MSc valued)

• Other engineering degrees or master acceptable depending on competences and experience. Experience:

• Experience in automotive engineering valuable.
• Knowledge or experience in quality control, regulation or standards.
• Knowledge or experience in measuring systems, procedures and equipments.

• Knowledge in new automotive technologies related to General Safety Regulation 2: intelligent vehicle safety and dynamic systems Languages:

• High level of English (other languages valued, French, Italian, German,…).
