Program Performance Management Analyst - Defense Manufacturing

SAAB is seeking a Senior Program Performance Management Analyst to drive performance insights across complex defense manufacturing programs. In this role, you will design and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports spanning cost, schedule, quality, and risk. Partnering closely with engineering, operations, and finance, you will analyze variances, model scenarios, and recommend corrective actions that support mission-critical outcomes. You will prepare executive-ready briefings, support forecasting and planning, and apply Lean/Six Sigma methods to improve processes. • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports across cost, schedule, and quality
• Partner with engineering, operations, and finance to analyze variances and recommend corrective actions
• Support program planning, forecasting, and risk/opportunity analysis
• Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and compliance with internal and defense industry reporting standards
• Prepare executive-level presentations and performance insights to support strategic decisions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma and data-driven methods
• Mentor team members and contribute to best practices in program performance management
