Data Conversion Specialist and Technical Support

• This position is responsible for leading data migrations from competitor billing systems to our platform. The position also provides technical and product support to our existing clients.

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; strong technical background
• 5 years of data migration and implementation experience

Skills:

• Strong data migration knowledge preferably within a billing system environment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing 5 or more associates
• Ability to work independently while participating in team collaboration
• Ability to work closely with clients for support matters, migration and implementation activities, * technology support: 3 years (Preferred)
• data conversion: 3 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
