System Engineer

o Monitor and troubleshoot production infrastructure and applications. o Use Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, and other observability tools for issue detection and performance analysis. o Troubleshoot Linux/Unix, databases, cloud, and infrastructure issues. o Support AWS/Azure cloud migration and modernization initiatives. o Automate infrastructure using Ansible, IaC, CI/CD, and containers/OpenShift. o Develop Python/Django/REST APIs and internal support tools. o Participate in incident response, RCA, and production problem-solving. o Partner with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency., o SRE o Infrastructure o Dynatrace o Splunk o Python o Linux o AWS o Azure o Cloud

o 3+ years hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure. o 3+ years of SRE / production reliability experience. o 5+ years of hands-on Linux administration and troubleshooting. o Strong experience with Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, and monitoring/observability. o Experience with production infrastructure, automation, and troubleshooting.
