Sr. Product Analyst - Data Privacy & Governance

The Senior Product Analyst - Data Privacy & Governancesupports the development, implementation, and enhancement of technology and business processes that support data privacy governance. This role partners with product owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders to support privacy technology implementations, process improvements, testing, documentation, and governance initiatives, with a focus on third-party data sharing governance. The ideal candidate has experience in privacy, data governance, risk, or compliance programs and can independently translate business needs into clear requirements, workflows, documentation, and testing activities., * Support product owners with product and feature development, implementation, testing, and documentation for data privacy governance initiatives.

• Coordinate discovery activities and document current-state processes, requirements, capabilities, and gaps.
• Develop and document future-state processes, workflows, and business requirements.
• Support the automation of privacy processes through workflow documentation and proof-of-concept development.
• Create process flows, wireframes, presentations, and other strategic documentation for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support integration of privacy platforms with enterprise systems.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of privacy technology platforms, including template updates, data migration, and troubleshooting.
• Support solutions built on the OneTrust platform and coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on functional and UAT test scripts.
• Identify and document testing results, defects, data issues, and required follow-up actions.
• Participate in cross-functional efforts to develop and enhance data privacy governance frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to improve privacy processes, operational efficiency, and governance capabilities.
• Support the integration of privacy controls throughout the data lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build consensus and maintain effective relationships across business, technology, compliance, and other stakeholder groups.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support a customer-focused and service-oriented approach to privacy operations.

• Experience as a business analyst, product analyst, or member of a product team supporting technology implementation projects.
• Experience in privacy, data governance, data protection, risk management, compliance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting software implementation projects, preferably involving privacy, governance, compliance, or risk management platforms.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test coordination and execution.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process documentation, workflow mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with OneTrust or similar privacy, data governance, or risk management platforms.
• Knowledge of privacy operations, data governance, data protection, PII management, or compliance-related programs.
• Ability to independently analyze business needs, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing presentations and clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project and development management tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Work Experience

• Relevant experience in privacy operations, data governance, risk management, compliance, business analysis, product analysis, or technology implementation.
• Experience working in a regulated industry, such as utilities, is preferred.
• Experience with cybersecurity, privacy controls, data protection practices, or information security concepts is preferred.
