Technical Infrastructure Program Manager - Network Fiber Builds, Global Connectivity Infrastructure Development

Global Connectivity Infrastructure Development (GCID) runs a Delivery function that owns the end to end delivery picture across our telecommunication network infrastructure programs. We are looking for a technically strong Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to run a portfolio of network builds from planning through completion. You will prioritize work based on customer needs and target dates, make sure deliverables come together across teams, and build integrated delivery plans that carry each build to handover.

You will hold the single, trusted view of delivery status across the program, form a clear position on risk and priority, and recommend decisions to leadership. You will own a portfolio of builds, bring teams to one shared view of status, and drive the prioritization decisions and trade-offs that keep delivery on track. You will give confident, data-backed updates to senior leaders and partner across many teams to move work forward.

• Drive the implementation of large-scale telecommunication infrastructure deployments on a global scale
• Collaborate with stakeholder teams to gather telecommunication infrastructure deployment requirements
• Develop and maintain process documentation
• Program manage from intake, engineering, business development, material acquisition, deployment, and closeout
• Provide deployment support for projects, augmenting the local region TIPM across the globe
• Create and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs to measure program effectiveness
• Drive process improvements through data analysis and stakeholder feedback
• Lead regular executive updates and cross-functional team communications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience
• 5+ years of technical infrastructure or program management experience for data center or telecommunications infrastructure
• Experience in portfolio or program management across multiple teams
• Experience managing cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
• Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
• Knowledge of infrastructure best practices and emerging technologies (network, data center, hardware, software)
• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds, * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of fiber optic and pre-terminated fiber design, construction, and Outside Plant installation
• Knowledge of civil and telecom design requirements for data centers
• Experience developing program KPIs and performance dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, or QuickSight)
• Familiarity with Kaizen and continuous improvement methodologies
• PMP certification
• Experience managing vendor relationships
• Proficiency in Salesforce, GIS platforms, and data visualization tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
