Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst III to support a large-scale, multi-year business transformation initiative focused on advanced operational analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence. This role will serve as a strategic partner to Supply Chain, Operations, Field Services, and Program Leadership teams by transforming complex operational data into actionable insights that improve planning, reporting, and decision-making.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical analytics experience with a deep understanding of operational performance, inventory management, forecasting, and risk identification. This individual will be responsible for helping leadership understand what is driving business performance, identify areas of concern, and proactively address operational challenges., * Analyze work order, installation, inventory, and operational data to identify trends and business impacts.

• Develop quarterly and annual forecasting models to support inventory planning and operational readiness.
• Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and reporting solutions that provide visibility into operational performance and risk.
• Design reporting frameworks that communicate business health through status indicators and risk metrics.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Program Management, and technical teams to support strategic planning initiatives.
• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from multiple operational systems.
• Measure productivity, deployment performance, quality metrics, and operational efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks, process gaps, shortages, delays, and performance concerns.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Support data governance initiatives, reporting standards, and analytics best practices.
• Perform advanced operational analytics to detect emerging trends, anomalies, and potential risks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the expansion of analytical capabilities across the organization., * Deliver accurate and reliable forecasts that support operational planning.
• Provide visibility into inventory readiness and potential operational risks.
• Develop reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.
• Identify trends, anomalies, shortages, bottlenecks, and performance concerns before they become business issues.
• Improve operational reporting consistency and KPI effectiveness across the organization.
• Help business leaders understand both what the data says and why it matters.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Operational Analytics, Reporting, or Forecasting.
• Experience working with large datasets and operational reporting environments.
• Strong SQL and/or Google BigQuery experience.
• Experience extracting and analyzing data from SAP environments.
• Advanced Power BI and/or Tableau dashboard development experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to business stakeholders.
• Experience supporting operational, supply chain, logistics, inventory, asset management, manufacturing, field service, or deployment-driven organizations., * Experience developing forecasting models and demand-planning solutions.
• Experience working with utility, energy, manufacturing, transportation, logistics, or field operations organizations.
• Understanding of inventory management, supply chain metrics, operational KPIs, and performance reporting.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and performance optimization initiatives.
