- Lead cross-functional teams spanning systems architecture, software engineering, systems integration, operations, customer service technology, data and analytics, and organizational change management.
- Develop tolling technology delivery plans, system integration roadmaps, business cases, technical operating models, functional and non-functional requirements, and phased implementation strategies.
- Partner with tolling agency and private-sector technology stakeholders to identify operational and technology improvement opportunities and translate them into sustainable, scalable delivery outcomes across tolling and customer service platforms.

- Contribute to Smart Mobility Hub tolling technology offerings, reusable assets, reference architectures, credentials, accelerators, and thought leadership across tolling back-office, roadside, and customer service operations technology domains.
- Coach consultants and managers, strengthen delivery capability, and promote consistent project management and quality practices.
