Informatica/Tableau Developer

Our client seeks an Informatica/Tableau Developer to support enterprise data integration, reporting, and analytics initiatives. The role requires designing and developing ETL processes with Informatica, building Tableau dashboards and visualizations, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering data-driven solutions., * Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or equivalent Informatica tools.

• Develop, enhance, and support Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, architects, and end users to support reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot ETL processes, dashboard performance issues, and data quality concerns.
• Support data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Develop technical documentation, data mappings, and operational procedures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and deployment activities.

• 3+ years of experience developing ETL solutions using Informatica.
• 3+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards in Tableau.
• Strong SQL development and database experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or similar.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data quality practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or other modern data platforms preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Informatica Certified Professional or Tableau certifications preferred.
• Experience supporting federal government or regulated environments preferred.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and source control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps preferred.
• 5-8 years overall IT experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within cross-functional teams.
• Experience converting business requirements into actionable data solutions.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
