Data Management Operations Sr Analyst

The Data Management Operations Senior Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the integrity and availability of data within the organization, by performing advanced data management activities, including source to target data mapping and lineage, complex data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance to ensure high-quality data that drives business insights and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields) or equivalent relevant work experience
• 4+ years of experience in data-related operations, business operations, or process support roles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of navigating data environments (EDW, data marts)
• Experience using SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, * Advanced proficiency in data management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to design, document, and optimize operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Experience with data intake, validation, reconciliation, and exception handling at scale.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify root causes of data issues and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Thorough knowledge of various software programs including Microsoft Office programs, and the ability to quickly learn new programs/systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, focusing on outcomes and results.
• Understand DataOps and DevOps operational styles.
• Understanding of Data Management and Data Quality principles, best practices and processes
• Technical knowledge, skills and experience using Data Management tools.
• Working knowledge of available data sources and how they relate to each other.
• Collaborative working style and ability to facilitate cooperation with business stakeholders and analysts.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies on the job.
• Financial Services background.
