Job description

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a high-growth technology company building AI-powered solutions for healthcare providers.

This is a hands-on, product-focused engineering role where you will build and ship features across Python, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, develop AI-powered workflows, and own projects from problem discovery through production and measurable outcomes., * Build and ship full-stack product features using Python, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.

Own projects end-to-end, from identifying problems through development, deployment, and monitoring.
Develop and integrate AI-powered features into production applications.
Build automation for healthcare workflows and complex third-party integrations.
Develop internal AI tools and technical infrastructure.
Design reliable data pipelines and systems for sensitive healthcare data.
Collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering teams to define solutions and priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve product functionality, scalability, and user experience.
Contribute to engineering standards, architecture, and technical decision-making.

Requirements

3-8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
Strong professional experience with Python.
Hands-on experience with React/TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
Experience building and shipping production software.
Experience owning projects from problem identification through measurable outcomes.
Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
Strong product mindset and ability to work with high autonomy.
Experience building or integrating AI-powered features into production applications.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Ability to work on-site 5 days per week in NYC (Flatiron)., * Healthtech, healthcare technology, or pharmaceutical technology experience.
Fintech experience.
Experience with AI development tools or internal AI platforms.
Experience with local model hosting or LLM-based applications.
Experience with PHI-compliant data pipelines.
Experience building complex third-party integrations.
