Application Architect - Oracle Policy Automation

Visit www.ProSidian.com or follow the company on Twitter at www.twitter.com/prosidian for more information., ProSidian requires an Application Architect for our IT Effectiveness service line with experience in the design and implementation of custom technology-enabled business solutions. The Application Architect is tasked with analysis and development of Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) Rule Bases. Areas of interest include Oracle Policy Modeling, XML, XSL and Web Services Development, DBMS Application Development, PL/SQL, Oracle Policy Automation, OPA Web Determinations engines, and OPA training.

As part of the development team, the application architect will analyze and develop OPA Rule Bases for a client organization in charge of Licensing and Permitting processes.

• 2+ years of professional experience in application analysis and development in Oracle Policy Automation (OPA)
• OPA Certified
• Experience analyzing public sector documentation, and modeling legislation in a business rules system
• Understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle
• XML, XSL and Web Services development experience
• Full life cycle DBMS Application Development experience
• Experience with Oracle Databases and PL/SQL
• Familiarity with OPA training requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required
• A willingness to travel to client locations

Experience Level:

• 3+ years of experience in software applicaton development
• 2+ years experiences in OPA
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment
• Must be able to work independently
