Direct Support Remote Supports Supervisor

Sevita seeks a Direct Support Remote Supports Monitor Supervisor to lead teams delivering person-centered, remote support to individuals with diverse needs. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of remote monitoring services, ensuring safety, service quality, and compliance with policies and regulations. You’ll coach and mentor staff, coordinate schedules, review documentation, and respond to incidents or escalations. Working closely with clinical and case management teams, you’ll support individualized care plans while helping staff grow through ongoing feedback and training in Sevita’s inclusive, development-focused culture., * Supervise remote support staff providing direct support services to individuals with disabilities or special needs

• Monitor remote sessions to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to care plans and regulations
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing levels, and workload to meet participant needs and service standards
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations for remote support monitors
• Respond to incidents, escalate concerns, and complete required documentation and reports
• Collaborate with clinical, case management, and family teams to support person-centered outcomes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA, and state/federal regulations
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of remote support staff
