Senior DocuSign CLM

In this role, you will:

· Develop and customize DocuSign CLM workflows and templates to meet business requirements

· Implement and manage CLM repository structures and governance processes to ensure organized document management

· Handle CLM data management tasks including document migration, metadata (attribute) management, and system integration

· Create user-friendly form designs utilizing HTML and DocuSign CLM features to enhance system user experience

· Configure CLM administration settings and features to optimize system performance and user productivity

· Integrate DocuSign CLM with other systems utilizing both the out-of-box CLM connector as well as the CLM API framework (when applicable) to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. Typical external CLM integrations may include Salesforce CRM/CPQ

· Lead technical CLM demonstrations of system development during client engagements

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CLM-related issues

· Ability to collaborate with DocuSign support teams ensuring best practice implementation for our clients

· Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to ensure system reliability and security

· Create and maintain technical documentation for all CLM customizations and integrations

· Train and mentor junior consultants on CLM best practices and development techniques

· Participate in template and workflow reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices

· Stay updated with the latest DocuSign CLM features and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge for yourself and our practice

· Must have experience in DocuSign CLM workflow development, template creation, and system configuration

· Demonstrated proficiency in CLM repository management and data governance

· Basic knowledge of HTML for system “eForm” as well as email template development

· Basic proficiency in C# programming (relevant within CLM workflow development)

· Experience with DocuSign CLM API integration and REST API concepts

· Preferred experience in contract management or legal operations

· Should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as within larger teams

· Must possess excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Ability to present and lead client facing interactions and engagements

· Detail-oriented and have a strong focus on delivering high-quality work

· Must be able to adapt to a remote work model and manage time effectively

These will help you stand out:

· DocuSign CLM Administrator Certification (preferred)

· Certified DocuSign CLM Implementation Consultant (preferred)

The annual salary for this position is between $ 64,734- $ 100,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
