Data Warehouse Architect

We’re looking for a seasoned SAP Signavio Implementation & Governance Consultant to help stand up and scale enterprise process governance within a large, complex organization. In this role, you’ll lead configuration, governance, and adoption efforts that support process consistency, visibility, and long-term sustainability across the business. Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and administration of SAP Signavio across the enterprise
• Build and maintain governance structures, operating models, and standards for process management
• Configure user access, permissions, role structures, licensing, and Collaboration Hub administration
• Support Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Process Insights, and Governance capabilities
• Help establish approval workflows, repository management, version control, and process ownership practices
• Partner with architecture, SAP, data, and business teams to support integrations and data connections
• Develop dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and reporting to improve governance visibility
• Support change management, training, and adoption across multiple stakeholder groups
• Advise leadership on platform strategy, governance maturity, and expansion opportunities

• 7+ years of experience in business process transformation, SAP, or process excellence
• 4+ years of hands-on SAP Signavio implementation experience
• Strong background configuring and administering Signavio in enterprise environments
• Experience creating governance frameworks and supporting platform operating models
• Working knowledge of Signavio security, permissions, and Collaboration Hub setup
• Experience with process mining, process intelligence, and analytics tools
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort working independently in an environment that may involve ambiguity and change

Preferred Skills

• SAP Signavio certifications
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Background in utility, energy, or regulated industries
• Experience building governance programs from the ground up
• Change management, training, and onboarding experience
• Familiarity with SAP environments and enterprise application integrations
• Process ownership, compliance, and repository management experience
